All items listed are subject to availability. Whimsy and Magic reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction if an item is out of stock or deemed unsuitable for sale.

Availability

If a product or colour selection is unavailable, we may contact you to offer a suitable alternative. If you do not wish to accept the substitute, we will cancel the affected item or order and arrange a refund.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD/S$). Prices include GST unless stated otherwise, but exclude delivery charges, customs duties and other taxes applicable to international customers.

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees charged in the destination country.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to present product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly from the actual item due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Updates & Errors

Product listings may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, prices or availability. Whimsy and Magic reserves the right to correct or update this information at any time without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to cancel transactions affected by such errors at our discretion. Where payment has already been received for a cancelled transaction, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
